Well it seems yet another blogger as gotten their hand smacked for using copyrighted material without proper paid permission. Perez Hilton one of the most eminent and funny celebrity blogger is being accused of copyright infringement by a Los Angeles photo agency for using their work without permission. According to X17 who own the photos, Perez Hilton is steeling their work and using it for free without giving the respective owners credit for their efforts. For this reason they have decided to file a $7.6 million federal copyright infringement lawsuit against Hilton. To be honest I don’t know exactly how I feel about this since the law is the law and people should have the right to protect their work. In my humble opinion this matter lies on the thin grey line so deciding who is right can be quite complicate, at least for me anyway.
