Today I came across a very interesting article about an SEO consultant that is being sued by one of his former clients because they have drop on SERPs listings. The problem is that the former client dropped on SERPs listings and one of his competitors who also use the same SEO service now ranks better than they do. Maybe they thought the SERPs listings were theirs by right?
