The internet is invested with them and no matter what preventative measures you take it just never seems to work. Plagiarists are springing up like mushrooms and as the internet becomes an ever more popular place to make money, this situation isn’t going to change unless you take up arms.
I’ve had some problems with plagiarists but fortunately it wasn’t anything to serious. Although this is true in my case, there are sites that have felt the plagiarist’s wrath more than others. But what can you do to defend yourself? I use copyscape to keep an eye on my work and on plagiarists. Although it isn’t perfect, it does offer a way for you to search the internet for sites that might contain content similar to yours.
